Unfortunately, the payment part of the deal is completely between the lender and the customer. For data protection reasons lenders often won't share with us the details of the payments or even accept any requests/chase ups of where the payment should be.
Some lenders may automatically pay redress into your account and some may send a cheque which you can expect to receive within 28 - 35 working days. (Please double check the offer letter for any acceptance forms you may need to sign or check for any ID verification forms that you may need to complete at a local branch). Some lenders do request a local branch visit to validate ID to mitigate the risk of potential fraud. Again, please double check your offer letter.
We do not require you to pay our fee until payment has reached your account. The email reminders that you receive are automated.
Once the funds have reached your account, our fees are then due. Please continue to pay our invoice by using your claims tracker below or via the different payment methods within your invoice letter.
