Pentacle is a legitimate company that manages a panel of solicitors that we have partnered with to help litigate against the lenders to obtain the redress some customers are entitled to. They specialise in the vetting of a particular type of PPI claim, known as “Unfair Relationship” or “Plevin” claims.

How will the claim journey work?
Pentacle will use an online journey for customers to sign up that we are building for them. The customer will sign a dual-branded digital letter of authority allowing both Reclaim PPI & Pentacle to service their complaint. Once the customer has been signed, they will receive a welcome letter and contact will be made walking them through the process which will include a DSAR and building a case against the lender so litigation can take place.
How long will the claims journey take?
A DSAR request will be completed first which can take 28 days. The average length of a claim is 6 months; however, this can be longer dependant on the complexity of the claim and how quickly the lenders respond to the complaint.
Will it have any impact on the payment I have received already?
No, it won't have any impact at all and all we are trying to do is obtain the unfair commission that is due to you.
Will I have to pay if I am unsuccessful?
If your case is accepted by the lawyers, they will work on a No Win No Fee basis under a Damages Based Agreement (DBA) or a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA). If your Claim is unsuccessful you will not have to pay a fee and you will never be out of pocket.
